Oasis Donates To School (People's Post, July 26 2011)

On 18th July 2011 Oasis staff celebrated Mandela Day at Thembalethu School for the Disabled in Gugulethu. The Oasis Group Holdings, on behalf of the Oasis Crescent Fund Trust, has committed to sponsoring meals to the learners for a period of a year. As part of their 67 minutes of community upliftment, Oasis staff members extended their generosity by painting some of the classrooms at the school to give it a fresh new look. GF Jooste Hospital's R2 million Upgrade a Boost to Staff Morale (Cape Argus, April 13 2011)

The 12th of April 2011 marked the official opening of the Upgraded Trauma unit at GF Jooste Hospital, made possible by a donation of R2 million from the Oasis Crescent Fund Trust at the behest of the Ibn Sina Institute of Tibb. This opening was officiated by MEC Theuns Botha and was well attended by various community leaders, hospital dignatories, media and the nursing staff of GF Jooste.

Laser Facility Opening at Groote Schuur

On the 9th of March 2011, the Oasis Crescent Fund Trust donated a skin laser unit to Groote Schuur Hospital and refurbished the hospital’s Dermatology Laser Ward. This donation, worth R1.1 million, will ensure that for the first time in South Africa skin laser treatment for disfiguring skin conditions will be accessible to less fortunate communities free of charge.

Big Cash shot in the arm for Blue Bulls (Pretoria News, Friday February 26 2010)

As if dominating the local rugby scene last year by winning the Super 14 and Currie Cup was not enough, the Blue Bulls Company yesterday found that success does indeed breed success with one of their sponsors, Oasis Group Holdings, again agreeing to a multi-million rand deal - thought to in excess of R10 million - in Cape Town yesterday.

Oasis SK Walmers opening match at the annual National Club Championship Tournament in 2007

On Sunday 9th September 2007, Oasis Group Holdings hosted a VIP event in celebration of the Oasis SK Walmer’s opening match in the annual National Club Championships tournament. Oasis hosted 1,000 supporters, and 150 VIP’s at the opening game against Pretoria University (Tuks) at the Danie Craven Stadium in Stellenbosch. Following the game, lunch was served to the supporters, VIP’s and players, before everyone enjoyed a live screening of the SA vs. Samoa game. In hosting this event Oasis confirmed its support for the Oasis SK Walmers, its supporters, and the community at large.
